Ah parvathy. My heart ❤️

So many beautiful , searing lines. And no decision can be made without tea. I am nodding my head and dunking Marigold biskoot in tea. I will meet you with tea, fallen cotton wisps , bela and Champi. If you ever come to this side of world, I will do this , till then we meet here and on zoom. So glad to know you , to read you.

The 'draft' feels like the weighted blanket i didn't know I needed and prickly things in my eye that only play 'sat' and run away.

It was like a slightly sped up sequence in a movie . usually planted within a song ..in movies where the songs do all the heavy lifting.

It is such a gift m your writing. More please?

Hello, girl with the orange wired headphones :) You've been missed, as you can see from the comments posted here. Your writing amazes me, Parvathy. How do you write with such rich visual imagery while 'balancing' the art of writing your pain? I don't mean to romanticize pain at all, but, have you ever wondered if your ability to feel so deep actually enriches the way you see people and things around you? It's mind-blowing!

Your piece resonates, P, especially the expensive therapies bit lol I was lamenting how awful corporate working hours are for my mental health, so I took up a job that allows me to WFH all days, except for when I need to meet clients etc etc. But, the pay is low. So now I'm worried about how would my low pay sponsor the myriad therapies and writing workshops I need?! Sigh!

Looking forward to reading you more, P! I looked for black glass bangles in Patna but didn't find them in my size :/ Just want you to know, now I want chai, toast and GoodDay biscuit too!

Moon verse, bumpy, rocky, fed by invisible rivers that want to swish into being. You Paro, are a living cell. We bump into each other and wriggle. Your writing is alive. And you are alive.

Hugs.
